Ordering
To commission a portrait of your pet: -
1. First reserve your place in my schedule with a deposit of 30%. If you're looking for a Christmas or Birthday present, please order early to be sure of getting your portrait in time.
2. Ideally I work from several reference photos (copyright must belong to you) though I know that sometimes this isn't possible. If you're taking pictures specially, make sure they're in daylight and without flash. Get down level with your dog or cat, attract his attention, and take lots! Digital photos are best as they can be emailed to me. Printed photos will be returned.
3. I'll let you know when the portrait is ready (usually within four weeks), and it will be despatched, unframed, on receipt of the balance of 70%.
4. Please note that the copyright of an image remains with the artist, so I may publish your commission here or elsewhere. You will, of course, be credited as the commissioner unless you would prefer to remain anonymous.
